  • What am I getting with your services?

    If you enroll in one of our fractional analytics offerings, you're getting analytics and operational support capabilities that will help take your business to the next level. The exact deliverables vary depending on your business model, but at minimum it will be robust reporting/dashboarding capabilities that drive tactical actions and are informed by process mapping core processes, defining key metrics, and building a robust data dictionary. 

  • How does analytics help my business?

    One of the best way to help businesses scale is to use data to analyze their business and processes to identify weaknesses and important actions that should be taken. We help you build data systems that will inform your business and drive action. 

  • If I subscribe, what is expected of me?

    In order to properly execute, we do need some support from your business. However, we should be able to drive significant value to your business with 30-90 minutes of time each week from you or your team. In addition to this we will provide regular status updates and meetings to discuss progress. 

  • Why wouldn't I hire a full-time employee to do this work?

    We've done this work for decades collectively. We have the expertise to be extremely fast and effective. In simple terms, we are better and faster than a full-time employee. Our fractional offering will likely also be cheaper than hiring a FTE.

  • How fast will I receive value?

    You'll receive key insights and value within 30 days, and the value only increases over time. 

  • Who will I be working with?

    You'll have a dedicated account representative from Brewster Consulting Group who works with your business. However, we pull in many members of our team when we need specific areas of expertise. 

  • Do I need any custom software?

    This depends on your goals. Our goal isn't to sell technology, it's to work within your environment to drive value. However, sometimes clients have a technology gap. In those instances, we make technology recommendations, but it's your decision on what you choose to invest in. 

  • What if I want to cancel?

    You can cancel at anytime using the customer portal that is involved with your subscription through Stripe. There are no long-term commitments with this offer. We do this intentionally; we want you to know that our goal every month is to drive enough value that it's a no-brainer for you to keep renewing. 

  • What are the risks of doing this?

    Because you can cancel at any time, the risk is minimal. If you sign up, you're risking your first months subscription fee if we aren't able to drive value in the first month.
